The virtual INROADS Heritage Center (IHC) was conceived by the INROADS Heritage Alliance (IHA) and developed in conjunction with the donated services of Dollar Bank of Pittsburgh.
The INROADS Heritage Alliance (IHA) is made up of former staff, board members, alumni, parents, educators and community leaders who want to assure that the INROADS story, the first 30 years, is preserved and virtually available.
Objectives
To provide a virtual website that inspires, motivates, and demonstrates how to successfully enable ethnically diverse youth to acquire leadership tools for success in corporate America and in the community.
To provide a virtual website that calls to action people in power to continually invest in the leadership and personal development of young people traditionally distanced from corporate leadership.
To provide a virtual website that provides evidence-based data and information about how to create, execute, and operate an organization that successfully identifies potential corporate and community leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
