 Frank was the founder of INROADS in 1970. He retired from INROADS in 1983.

Reginald began his career in INROADS as the Executive Director of INROADS/St. Louis in 1973. In 1983 he was promoted to CEO and retired in 1993.

Charles I. Story

Charles began his career in INROADS as Executive Director of INROADS/Nashville in 1978 and after a brief departure returned to become CEO in 1993. He remained CEO until 2005.
