INROADS Staff in 1980

Staff received specialized training in corporate management from consultants who conducted the same training with senior corporate executives. In addition, staff and students received training in national and regional institutes throughout the country. Corporate leaders, educators, consultants, and community leaders provided the training on numerous topics.  Regional and national training helped to show the interns the width and scope of the organization. Interns from an affiliate with only 40 interns would go to a national training event and there would be 400 or 500 others.
